  • We’ll build a nutrition plan tailored to your exact goals, body type, and lifestyle. Whether you’re cutting aggressively or maingaining, your food will match your mission, and I’ll make sure to include foods that you acutally enjoy. We can also make slight adjustments to your current diet if that’s more comfortable for you.

  • We’ll take take a deep look at how your traning now, and how we can adjust it for maximum stimulus and recovery. It isn’t just “the more put in, the more you get out” it’s about balancing volume, frequency, intensity and rest.

  • You’ll have direct access to me anytime on Telegram. This could be a daily check in, a question about the diet or a discomfort you feel in your left shoulder. So don’t worry, I’m here for you and you won’t be waiting long for a reply.

  • Every day, we track progress, adjust the plan if needed, and stay locked in. You’re never left guessing. I’ll be checking in to make sure you’re on track, every single day until you’ve reached your dream body.
